Prem is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. During his postdoc, he was an Academic Visitor at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is currently working on a book titled “Stakeholder Capitalism: The Definitive Guide” with Ed Freeman.
His research is currently under review at leading journals, including the Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Perspective, and Academy of Management Collections.
Prem holds a Ph.D. in Management (Passed with Excellent Grade) from LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome. During his doctoral studies, he was a visiting student at Boston College. He also earned a Master’s degree in Business Management (110 cum laude/110) from Sapienza University of Rome, where he was awarded an Erasmus scholarship to study for two semesters at Södertörn University, Stockholm, Sweden.
